Sierra Owens founded Olive Branch Services with a simple belief: real estate professionals shouldn’t have to carry every part of the transaction alone, and their clients deserve to feel informed, supported, and confident throughout one of the biggest decisions of their lives.
Sierra began her real estate career in 2021 as an assistant to a high-producing real estate agent. Over the next few years, she worked behind the scenes learning the ins and outs of the business, gaining hands-on experience with residential transactions, contracts, commercial real estate, land, and the countless details required to move a transaction forward successfully.
In 2023, Sierra earned her Texas real estate license. By then, she had discovered that supporting agents and managing the operational
side of real estate wasn’t simply something she was good at. It was something she genuinely enjoyed. That passion eventually became
Olive Branch Services.
Sierra created Olive Branch Services in 2025, but it wasn’t until January 2026 that she took the leap and began openly building and promoting the company. For Sierra, that decision was deeply rooted in faith. She felt God calling her to trust Him, step outside of what was comfortable, and believe that the skills she had developed could be used to serve others in a much bigger way.
Her heart for the business also comes from her own experience as a first-time homebuyer. Before entering real estate, Sierra remembers how overwhelming the process felt. Even with a REALTOR® by her side, there were things she simply didn’t know to ask because she didn’t know what she didn’t know. That experience stayed with her.
Today, Sierra and the Olive Branch Services team work to bridge that gap by supporting Texas real estate agents behind the
scenes while helping create a smoother, more informed experience for the clients they serve.
